Of all my Parkers, the only one I feed a steady diet of 3-3/4 dram loads through is an 1883 O-grade hammer gun that has stout 32" tight-choked twist barrels and a stout wrist. It's my best gun for pass shooting ducks by a large margin and I don't worry about the barrels one bit. It's a great trap gun also.

was able to upload the pictures I have of the gun to an album on here. I only took 4 before sending it out.

That's quite a gun. What are the markings on the inside flat of the action? Thanks.

It looks like an upgrade that is worth finishing up right.
As others have said, get someone else to look at the gun/barrels. They are likely just fine. Delgrego is known for not doing anything with Damascus. Due to them being “lethal” and all. And these days it is truly disappointing to hear that they are still perpetuating that myth. There has been enough study, testing and first hand experience to have debunked it years ago.

I don’t have a picture of it, I know it’s a DH grade and the engraving isn’t factory. My great uncle who I inherited the gun from was a hand engraver for 40 years in Memphis, TN. He did it, I know it probably devalues the gun some but he had records at his shop showing where he did work for Tiffanys out of New York from time to time.
