As others have said, get someone else to look at the gun/barrels. They are likely just fine. Delgrego is known for not doing anything with Damascus. Due to them being “lethal” and all. And these days it is truly disappointing to hear that they are still perpetuating that myth. There has been enough study, testing and first hand experience to have debunked it years ago.
I still need to get the parts that are missing regardless if I get the gun back, he does have all original

Rust is deeper than minimum wall thickness on my barrels, that’s what’s wrong. Is that able to be fixed or no?

If that is indeed true, Briley can make full length tubes to fit your bbls. They can turn them into 20g and you’ll have a good shooting 20. They can do regular tubes or ultra-light. Fixed chokes or screw in. I had them do fixed chokes and regular tubes on three bbl sets. I think the price is $600-800 and they will stay in your bbls and are fit to those specific bbls. They work really well.

Sending a damascus gun to Delgrego was a mistake in the first place. Get the gun back, start fresh with a smith that understands guns of this barrel type.
