Default Pellet size?

Are steel 6's and regular 6's (copper washed specifically) the same size (diameter)? Thanks...

I don’t think they are smaller just don’t hit as hard. Why the old steel shot rule of thumb, if you like 6 drop to 4, or you like 4 drop to 2

As far as I know the diameters are very close but it's the densities that are different. IMO, steel is a crippler. There are much better options for non tox. Like lead for instance and if you have to.... bismuth.
